The person who's had enough. Something needs to change and the ways you’ve tried to make it better have fallen short. You have some measure of hope that things can be different, that you could be different, but you’re not sure how to get there. You feel stuck, or lost, or overwhelmed. You need a place to go.
I’m a careful listener — hearing what you say and curious about what you don’t say. I hold a posture of compassion and patience — giving you the space you need to be heard and understood. I encourage you toward change — offering you insight and tools to move you out of the old patterns and into the new.
I hope you’ll let someone - perhaps me - help you see yourself more clearly. My hope is that you’ll be bold enough to seek support because we were never meant to have it all figured out on our own. I know growth and change is possible. My deepest hope is that you get to realize this for yourself.
