You’re seen as someone who’s got it together and in many ways you do. You’re smart, tenacious, and self-aware. You might even be a leader. But. There’s another side to you: You’re anxious. You find it hard to relax, be present, be honest, let things go. Your anxiety might show up in your body, your thoughts, or how you act. Yes. The work you will do during this retreat is meant to deepen and strengthen any work you’re already doing in therapy. Therapy is often a place to explore a range of issues in your life, whereas this retreat gives you the space, time, and resources to focus exclusively on your anxiety. With your consent, our therapist team is happy to consult with any of your current mental health care providers before or after the retreat for added support and continuity of care.
